Jennifer has always wished to be a multi-tasking celeb. Growing up she was fascinated by a wide range of genres of music, but she particularly enjoyed Afro-Caribbean music like salsa, merengue and bachata. She also enjoyed mainstream music , like pop, hip-hop and R&B. She was a huge fan of films and music. West Side Story (1961) The musical of Rita Moreno, which inspired her the most and was her most significant source of inspiration. At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Apart from becoming a budding entertainment artist, Jennifer is also a Catholic girl who spent eight years of an Catholic primary school known as Holy Family situated in The Bronx, before graduating from an all girls prep school, Preston High School after four years. Jennifer was a skilled athlete who was a part of track and fields and tennis at school , was also an excellent pupil. Then, in Castle Hill, she spent her youth in a 2 story home. After turning 18, Jennifer moved out of her parent's house. Lopez started working in an office for lawyers while partying during the night.
